Workplace Death & Grief

How do we honour the people we spent our days with?

Workplace Support for Teams who Grieve

More often than not, we have heard stories of people we work with dying.  These stories are typically met with shock and we immediately think of their loved ones.  Often however, we don't think much of their workplaces, their teams and their friends that they spent 8-10 hours a day with.

How do we honour those teams, their loss and the change in dynamics?  How do we create an appropriate space for new team members?

A Meaningful Death works with teams to help create room in their work lives for this loss.  To help them develop new dynamics that honour those that have died and also makes space for new team dynamics.
